Over the past 3 years our townhouse set in a small development on the prestigious Nuevo Portil Golf Resort has become a popular year-round destination for the keen golfer and beach/sun lover. Ideal for the family beach holiday or a trip with friends to discover the excellent golf in the Costa de la Luz area of Spain. This location offers something for all.
The house is set over three floors with spacious, comfortably appointed accommodation for up to 6 people. Tastefully furnished with practicality mixed with comfort, we have had some very satisfied guests. The house overlooks the large shared pool (open 01 June - end September) and landscaped gardens in a secure gated development. The south-west facing terraces on all floors have views of the pool and golf course with sunshine into the evening.
Miles of unspoilt sandy beaches backed by pine forests and sand dunes and the opportunity to take part in outdoor activities such as sailing, kitesurfing, windsurfing, horseriding, fishing, cycling, golfing all year round.
You will find local amenities and excellent well-priced restaurants and bars close-by in this beautiful area of Spain which, although developing at a good pace, doesn't have the crowds of the other Costa areas of the country. Within easy reach of both Faro and Seville airports and excellent road links with other parts of Europe, over 300 days of sunshine per year and countless choices of golf and beach activities the Costa de la Luz is the perfect choice of destination for your next holiday or golfing trip.
