LONG-TERM WINTER LETS OFFERED  £995  or  €1400 PER MONTH.

30% deposit required at time of booking and payment in full at least two weeks prior to visit.

Small breakages/damage deposit required on arrival and returned at end of visit — to be negotiated prior to visit.

Prices quoted are subject to small changes. For rentals of more than three weeks enquire about discounts. Five days minimum rental and start days negotiable with owners.

We have a friendly, multilingual property manager who lives locally. He will ensure that you are met on arrival, escorted to the property and be on hand throughout your stay. He will also be able to recommend the best places to visit, including beaches and restuarants. He can organise your golf for you, book spa treatments at the clubhouse hotel and advise on all local attractions.

All linen will be provided throughout your stay and the house cleaned on a weekly basis. Please bring your own beachtowels.
