El Rompido
The course is both beautiful and challenging. Opened in 2003 it hosted the Daily Mail foursomes in 2004 and is due to repeat this this year. Located amongst mixed marsh and parkland, El Rompido has developed a glowing reputation in short time; visit the course and you will see why. Integration of the course with the interests of protecting local nature has been so successful that the authorities have granted a license to build a further 18 holes. These will be ready in 2006.
There is a driving range, a pitch and putt area, putting green and practice bunker. The club area has a snack bar, pro shop, dressing rooms and a meeting room.
